Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the TagYoLinks app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Prashant Kumar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to enable the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone is discouraged, as it may expose your phone to threats and cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Limitations and Connectivity

The Application may require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data plans.

If using the app on a mobile network, standard carrier terms apply. You are responsible for any resulting charges, including roaming. If you are not the bill payer, you confirm you have their permission to use the Application.

The Service Provider is not responsible if your device runs out of battery or loses power while using the Application.

While efforts are made to keep the Application updated and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third-party data. They are not liable for losses due to reliance on in-app content.

Updates and Termination

The Application may require updates for compatibility with newer devices or OS versions. You agree to install such updates when prompted. The Service Provider may also terminate the Application’s availability at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Please check this page periodically. Changes will be posted here.
